I received the incorrect product, what can be done?
If you have received the wrong product and would like a replacement or refund, it is your duty to inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Failure to do this will waive your right to a refund or replacement.
My order arrived damaged, can you help?

I have not received my order, can I get a refund?
We do not refund orders that do not arrive. We do however replace missing orders. From time to time, orders can go missing in the postal system. Our policy is to always ensure the customer receives the order.
